Rohil Dattani

Managing Director

Rohil joined Ballicom in 2010. He is a self-confessed geek who loves to get hands-on with new technology and come up with ways that it can help solve real-world problems for businesses. He is very interested in seeing how AI tools will develop over the coming years to improve the quality of people’s lives. Outside of work, he loves going on long walks with his dog (Polly) and watching rugby.

Sales Director

Mags has been in the IT industry for over 28 years and enjoys the challenges it brings being fast-paced and constantly evolving. Her focus as sales director is on ensuring the team is building lasting relationships, and delivering value, and outstanding service levels to both our customer and vendor partners. Outside of work Mags loves to travel and explore different cultures and cuisines, is a total foodie and enjoys cooking.  

Pavi Devaharan

Pavi Devaharan

Senior Account Manager

Pavi has been at Ballicom for 7 years, where he’s had an exciting journey polishing his skills and knowledge. He now has the ability to configure servers and workstations, as well as consult clients on technical IT solutions. Pavi was our Employee of the Year in 2023, a great accomplishment that showed his talents were being recognised. Outside of work, Pavs is an entertainment package – creating dance covers, releasing singles and writing children’s books.

Public Sector Account Manager

Harrison is an original member of the Northern Ballicom family based in Manchester. He’s been working at Ballicom since August 2021 looking after our Public Sector customers. Harrison is a Norwich City Fan (long story!) and often goes to the home and away games on the weekends, failing that he’ll be in the nearest bar or gym.

Education Account Manager

As a key member of the Ballicom sales team, Jon’s focus is on exceeding customer expectations, delivering successful outcomes, and fostering growth in both individual and team performance. He works closely with various departments within the business, to ensure that Ballicom’s products and services are closely aligned with the needs of our customers. On his days off, Jon is either looking for a new mountain to conquer or relaxing in a café.

Rahila Farquhar

Account Manager

Rahila joined Ballicom in 2021 and has worked in the IT industry for 18 years. Rahila is a self-confessed chatterbox and loves building a rapport with everyone she talks to, colleagues and customers alike. Outside of work, Rahila loves to cook and is a keen baker. As she and her husband Nigel are lucky enough to have the Mourne mountains on their doorstep, she has become a keen hiker. She has 2 cats and is often called the crazy cat lady, as she would have more if Nigel would allow it.

Account Manager

Erin has recently joined the account management team and is a wonderful and spirited addition to it. Through Ballicom, she is learning all about the IT industry and enjoying facing the everyday challenges that come with it. When not at work, she enjoys musical theatre, reading and a good cup of coffee. 

Nigel Farquhar

Account Manager

Nigel joined Ballicom in 2022, working from a satellite office in his hometown in Northern Ireland alongside his wife. He has experience at both Distribution and Reseller levels in varying categories and roles from Print to Networking, Imaging to PC Hardware. Always striving to find the answers at the right price and on time, Nigel aims to exceed expectations to the benefit of all. Outside of work, Nigel loves the mountains and all things 2 wheeled.

Ross Webb

Account Manager

Ross has been working in sales for over 6 years in various industries. After excelling at IT in his education, he moved into the IT industry in 2018. In 2022, Ross completed his IT Technical Sales Level 3 Apprenticeship receiving a Distinction, which less than 10% receive. Ross loves a chat (especially about football) and ensures he keeps good relationships with his customers by making sure their needs are met and expectations exceeded!

Tracey Smith

New Business Executive

Tracey brings energy to the Ballicom floor like no other. She brings 26 years of Channel experience to the table and is a valuable asset to us. Outside work, she enjoys Motorsport. She races with her dad. She also enjoys Karate and Dancing. She is also the tea-making queen of the office!

Kirsty Horne

Sales Admin Team Leader

Kirsty provides essential support within the business, working closely with the whole team to ensure that everything runs as smoothly as possible. She is a busy wife and mum of two who she’s forever proud of. Outside of the office, Kirsty is our residential mum for most of the sales team, boosting them back up and dusting off their knees on the tougher days in the tech industry. Outside of work, you will find Kirsty snuggled up with her two French Bulldogs, Skye and Flo.
